What our clients have shared
Rachel Ng
Head of Operations, Logistics Firm · Singapore
"We'd tried two other vendors before Infera. The difference was the scoping process — they actually mapped how our document library was structured before proposing anything. The search improvement was noticeable within the first week of deployment."

Arjun Kumar
Data Science Lead, Financial Services · Singapore
"The synthetic data we received was statistically sound and came with thorough documentation our compliance team could review. We had concerns about the privacy assurance aspect going in, and the process addressed those clearly. Would use again for a follow-up project."
January 2025 · Synthetic Data Generation
Michelle Lim
VP Operations, Healthcare Administration · Singapore
"Our approval and scheduling workflows had become unmanageable at scale. Infera took the time to understand the actual failure points rather than jumping straight into a solution. The 90-day refinement period was something we genuinely used — it made a real difference."
January 2025 · Workflow Orchestration
Tan Chin Wei
Engineering Manager, E-commerce Platform · Singapore
"Our product catalogue search was losing customers — they'd search for something obvious and get irrelevant results. The engagement was tidy: a clear audit, a defined fix, and a testing framework we could run ourselves. Communication was direct and the timeline held."

Siti Baharom
Product Director, SaaS Company · Singapore
"We needed synthetic data for model training without exposing customer records. The privacy assurance documentation Infera produced was exactly what we needed for our internal audit process. One small note: the initial timeline ran slightly long, but they flagged it early."
February 2025 · Synthetic Data Generation
Henry Yeo
COO, Professional Services Firm · Singapore
"The workflow platform has genuinely changed how our team coordinates project delivery. What impressed me was how much work went into the integration design before anything was built. Our CRM and project tools now talk to each other in a way that actually makes sense operationally."

Knowledge base search for a professional services firm
Challenge
A firm with 12,000+ internal documents found that staff were spending significant time searching for precedents and templates. Keyword search produced poor results for conceptual queries, and many relevant documents were systematically missed.
Approach
Infera audited the query failure patterns, implemented a semantic retrieval layer, and configured query expansion with domain-specific synonyms. Integration was built on top of the firm's existing document management system without replacement.
Result
First-result relevance improved measurably across a sample of 200 test queries. Staff self-reported finding relevant documents significantly faster. The engagement completed within the five-week timeline.
"The testing framework they left us with is something we still run quarterly. It's how we know the system is still performing well." — Operations Lead
Training data generation for a financial analytics team
Challenge
A financial analytics team needed labelled transaction data to train an anomaly detection model. Their real transaction data was subject to strict access controls and could not be shared with the development team.
Approach
Infera profiled the statistical properties of the restricted dataset, built a generation model that preserved key relationships, and produced a synthetic dataset with injected anomaly patterns. Full privacy assurance review was completed and documented.
Result
The development team received a dataset they could use freely. The anomaly detection model trained on synthetic data performed comparably to a version trained on a restricted real-data sample. Generation scripts were reused for subsequent training cycles.
Approval workflow coordination for a healthcare administration group
Challenge
An administration team managing multi-step approval and scheduling processes across multiple departments found that tasks frequently stalled at handoff points. Manual tracking via spreadsheets had become unsustainable as volume grew.
Approach
Infera modelled the approval workflows, identified the most common bottleneck patterns, and deployed an orchestration layer that connected the team's existing project management and communication tools. Dashboard configuration and training were delivered as part of the engagement.
Result
Process stall incidents reduced measurably within the first month. The team reported that handoff visibility was the most significant improvement. The 90-day refinement period was used to tune routing logic based on real operational patterns.
